Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mix Media Art by NK for your art workshops, art classes, creative events and art experiences.

We prepare materials, supplies, equipment and other arrangements in advance for every booking. Because of this, all workshop and art class bookings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled for a refund once payment has been made.

1. Art Workshop & Art Class Bookings

When you book an art workshop, art class, creative workshop or event, your place is reserved specifically for you.

We may need to purchase or prepare art materials and supplies, organise the venue, prepare your workspace and make other arrangements before the event. For this reason, we cannot offer a refund if you are unable to attend.

All payments made for art workshops and art classes are therefore non-refundable.

2. Can't Attend? Send Someone in Your Place

We understand that plans can change.

If you are unable to attend your booked art workshop or art class, you are welcome to send another person in your place.

You do not need to pay a transfer fee. Please simply let us know the name of the person who will be attending instead, preferably before the workshop.

The replacement person will receive the same workshop experience and materials included in the original booking.

3. Cancellations

Bookings cannot be cancelled in exchange for a refund or store credit.

If you cancel your booking or do not attend the workshop, no refund will be provided.

Instead, you may choose to send someone else in your place.

4. Art Materials & Workshop Supplies

Each art workshop and art class is prepared based on the number of confirmed bookings.

Materials may include canvases, paints, texture products, tools, craft supplies, ceramic items, resin materials or other items depending on the workshop.

Because these materials and arrangements are prepared in advance, they cannot be returned for a refund if you decide not to attend.

5. If We Cancel or Change a Workshop Venue or date

We do our best to keep all workshop dates, times and venues as advertised. However, in some situations, we may need to change or cancel a workshop due to circumstances outside our control.

If Mix Media Art by NK cancels a workshop, we will contact the affected customers and provide an appropriate option, which may include moving the booking to another available date or receiving a refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Online Store Products & Art Kits

For physical products, DIY art kits or other items purchased through our online store, please contact us if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Pictures on the KITs are for Reference, review what is Included to have full clarity, Color/shapes of items showing in Pictures may vary as available from suppliers.

This section does not change the non-refundable policy for art workshop and art class bookings.

7. Important Information Before You Book

Please make sure you are able to attend the selected date, time and venue before completing your booking.

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy and agree that your art workshop or art class booking is non-refundable.
